Share your event

Find the participant link, QR code, and printable check-in sheet.

Send the signup link

In event management, expand the sharing tools to find the Signup link. Copy it into your own email, text, ClassDojo, WhatsApp, or other announcement. If automatic copying is unavailable, select and copy the link manually. Send the public signup link rather than a private participant management link.

Use the QR code

The sharing tools display an event QR code. Test it with your phone before distributing event materials. It opens the same public sheet as the signup link. The Print Check-In Sheet action opens a roster for event check-in.

Add a sheet password

In Review & Publish, check Require a password to open the sheet and enter one, or open Event settings and use Sheet password to set, change, or remove it. There is no minimum password length; passwords can be up to 128 characters. Your saved sheet password stays visible in Event settings so you can copy or share it. Share the password separately with your participants. Password protection is available on Free and paid plans.

A successful entry remembers access in that browser for seven days. Changing the password asks visitors to enter it again. Organizers and authorized organization members can open their own sheets directly. Existing private signup management links continue to work without the sheet password.

Protected calendar links give access only to one slot's schedule. Keep them private. Changing the password invalidates existing calendar subscriptions; participants can get fresh calendar links from their private signup management page. Removing protection lets anyone with the sheet link open it. A password does not recall information already shared, hide the event title in an organization hub, or protect image URLs shared separately.

Know who can open the sheet

Anyone with the shared link can open an unprotected sheet and pass it on. For a protected sheet, visitors also need the password. Sheets are excluded from public search indexing, but this does not restrict access. Keep public descriptions, locations, and images appropriate for everyone who might receive the link.
