Browse our help guides for participant signups, event management, sharing, waitlists, calendars, themes, organizations, accounts, and billing.
For account access, signup problems, billing, or a bug, tell us what happened and include the page address and any error message. For billing questions, include your account email and purchase date or receipt reference.
Please do not send passwords, full card details, participant rosters, or private management and password reset links.

Questions about an event
Contact the event organizer for event details or schedule changes. To change or cancel your signup, use the private management link in your confirmation email. If you cannot find it or need help with the website, email us.
