Terms for using Signup Giant, including organizer responsibilities, paid plans, and support.

Using the service
By using Signup Giant, you agree to these terms. Organizers must be adults and have permission to act for any organization they represent. Participants can sign up without accounts; parents or guardians should submit information on behalf of children.
Provide accurate details, keep account credentials and private management links secure, and use the service only for lawful activities. Do not spam, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users or the service.
Organizer responsibilities and content
You retain ownership of the content you submit and allow Signup Giant to store, display, and process it to provide the service. Submit only content and personal information you are authorized to use. Organizers are responsible for event details, participant communications, permissions, and the handling of participant information and exported rosters.
Signup Giant provides coordination tools. Organizers run their events and are responsible for their safety, availability, and any changes. Check event information with the organizer. Review AI-generated schedules before publishing them.
Plans, renewal, and cancellation
Free accounts allow up to 3 active personal sheets; free organizations have their own shared 3-sheet allowance. The $6 Monthly Pass is a one-time purchase for 30 days of personal paid access and does not renew automatically.
Pro costs $49 per year for personal sheets. School & Org costs $199 per year for one organization with up to 50 organizers. Annual subscriptions renew until canceled. Personal plans do not upgrade organizations. Prices are in USD; review the checkout total before paying.
Manage subscription cancellation through the billing portal from your account. An organization subscription must be managed by its owner. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Contact info@signupgiant.com if you need billing help.

Privacy and availability
Our privacy policy explains information handling, organizer access, analytics, and service providers. Do not publish sensitive information on shared sheets.
We work to keep Signup Giant available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Keep copies of information you need for your event. We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens the service or other users.
