Public names and organizer access
Participant names are hidden by default. Organizers can change this in Event settings. Showing names displays active volunteers' names beside their slots to anyone who can open the sheet. Email addresses, phone numbers, notes, and private management tokens stay out of the public roster.
Hiding names does not hide participant details from the organizer or authorized organization members. Keep sensitive student, health, or other private information out of public event descriptions, uploads, notes, and AI prompts. See the privacy policy for data handling and service provider details.
Protect private links and records
Keep management and password reset links private. Do not include them in announcements or support messages. A cancellation does not automatically erase the signup's stored record. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email support with the account email or public event address; identity verification may be required.
Troubleshoot and contact support
For a full slot, check current availability and try a smaller quantity or another slot. For closed registration, ask the organizer whether the event is still accepting participants. For missing confirmation or password reset email, check spam and confirm that you used the correct email address.
Email info@signupgiant.com for website, account, billing, or privacy help. Include what you tried, the public page address, and the error message. Exclude passwords, full card details, participant rosters, and private links. Event timing, location, and volunteer arrangements should be confirmed with the event organizer.
