Join a waitlist
When a slot is full and waitlists are enabled, choose its waitlist action and enter your name and email. A waitlist entry does not reserve capacity or create a confirmed signup. Contact the organizer about availability.
Organizer controls
Waitlists are included on Free and enabled by default. Set the option during creation or change it in Event settings. Disabling waitlists prevents new entries and hides the join action while preserving entries already collected. Closed sheets also reject new entries.
Review names and emails in the Waitlist Queue under Participants. Contact volunteers yourself when room opens and direct them to an available slot. There is no automatic promotion or vacancy notification, and joining a waitlist does not guarantee a spot.
