Create your organization
Open School & Org Hubs or Create a free organization. Give the organization a name and choose an organization type for starter departments. Owners and administrators can add or remove departments in the hub. Free organizations include up to 50 organizers and a shared allowance of 3 active sheets.
When creating a sheet, select the organization rather than Personal Account to place it in the shared hub. Choose a department so colleagues can filter the hub by team or activity.
Add colleagues and set roles
An owner or administrator can add organizers by their account email. Ask the colleague to create a free Signup Giant account first; adding a member is not an email invitation or registration flow. Choose Organizer for event work or Administrator for managing colleagues and departments.
Organization members can manage organization events and see participant details. Owners and administrators manage membership and departments; the owner manages the organization's subscription. You cannot remove yourself through the member removal control.
Choose the right plan
School & Org costs $199 per year for one organization and adds unlimited active organization sheets. Members do not need personal paid plans. A personal Monthly Pass or Pro subscription does not upgrade an organization, and an organization plan does not upgrade personal sheets.
