What each plan includes
Free includes up to 3 active personal sheets, accountless participant signups, optional sheet password protection, waitlists, CSV export, printing, curated themes, and custom logos and banners. Free organizations have their own shared 3-sheet allowance.
The $6 Monthly Pass is one payment for 30 days of unlimited active personal sheets. It does not renew automatically. Pro Annual costs $49 per year for unlimited active personal sheets year-round and renews yearly until canceled. School & Org costs $199 per year for unlimited active sheets in one organization with up to 50 organizers. Prices are in USD.
Purchase and check your access
Choose your plan from Pricing or your account and complete payment on Stripe's hosted checkout. For School & Org, the organization owner selects the organization to upgrade. Returning from checkout may show payment processing; refresh your account shortly to check the confirmed plan before attempting another purchase.
If checkout is unavailable or a completed payment has not activated access, email support with your account email and receipt reference. Do not send full card details.
Cancel renewal or request a refund
Open the billing portal from Account Management to manage an annual subscription, payment method, or invoices. The organization owner manages the School & Org subscription. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges; paid access continues through the current paid period. The Monthly Pass simply expires after 30 days.
Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment. Refund requests are reviewed individually by email at info@signupgiant.com. Include the purchasing account email, purchase date or receipt reference, and a short explanation. See the refund and cancellation policy for details.
