Choose a theme
Choose a theme in Review & Publish or use the theme picker in Event settings and Save theme. Curated themes are included on every plan, including Free, for personal and organization sheets. Review & Publish also suggests a theme from your event details; choose Use theme to apply it or pick any other.
You can switch themes or return to Classic at any time by choosing it and saving.
Upload branding on any plan
In Event settings, use Logo & banner to upload an image or paste an image URL, then Save Branding. PNG, JPG, WEBP, and GIF uploads up to 5 MB are accepted. If you provide both a file and a URL for the same image, the uploaded file wins.
Custom logos and banners are included on Free. A custom banner replaces theme artwork; your logo still appears. Use images you have permission to share and check the public sheet on a phone after saving.
