Choose a calendar option
For slots with a scheduled start time, calendar actions appear in the signup confirmation and private management page. Choose Google Calendar, Apple Calendar/iCal subscription, or an .ics download. Confirmation emails for scheduled slots also include a calendar attachment.
Slots without a scheduled start time have no calendar event. If there is no end time, the calendar event lasts one hour. Confirmation emails show dates and times explicitly in UTC; check your calendar app's timezone when viewing the event.
Understand updates
Google Calendar links and downloaded files add a copy. They do not keep that copy synchronized. The Apple/iCal subscription follows the public slot schedule, with refresh timing controlled by your calendar app.
After swapping or canceling, update or remove the old event in your calendar yourself. A slot subscription follows that slot, rather than your personal signup status. Calendar links contain no participant contact details or private management token.
